What we collect

When you request an assessment, we collect what you submit in each step of the form: your email and payment processor (step 1), and your chargeback volume, delivery platform, and optionally your website and name (step 2). Your step 1 details are saved when you submit step 1, even if you don't finish step 2. We also store the calculator values you used, the campaign parameters in the page URL, and basic technical data (IP address and browser user agent).

How we use it

To review whether ChargeProof fits your business and to contact you about your assessment. If you submit step 1 but don't finish, we may send up to three reminder emails about completing it. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link, and reminders stop as soon as you complete the assessment. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in a managed Postgres database and delivered to our team by email through our email provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by replying to any email we send you.
